Hello, I'm Enia, a registered Speech and Language Therapist based in London. I provide a safe, trauma-informed space for children, young people, and their families. Enia Sa is a London-based folk-indie artist weaving vulnerability into sound. With roots in Portugal and a mixed cultural background, she blends gentle vocals with nylon-string warmth and West African guitar influences.Her music speaks from a place of raw honesty. As a woman of colour, Enia deeply explores themes of hope, identity, loss, and the impact of colonialism on wellbeing. Through meditative lyrics, she navigates the healing of transgenerational pain, drawing from her search for belonging and her experience working closely with young people in the community.Her sound lands somewhere between a whisper and a wave—grounded, poetic, and gently defiant.
